Shipping and Deliveries
- Our goal is to have your order processed within 2 business days. We ship USPS Priority Mail for all orders unless specified.
- Most orders will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours.
- High volume during giveaway end dates may cause a delay.
Delivered but not received:
- If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.
- Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)
- If you do not receive an email with tracking please contact us directly.
- If you placed an order with the incorrect size or style, please contact us directly. We might be able to adjust your order if it has not been packaged yet.
- If your order has been packaged and shipped, please ship us back the item you would like to exchange. We will process the exchange and ship you a new item.
Orders was sent back to us:
- Orders that have undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back we will contact you to update your address.
- Once the order is reshipped out you will receive a new tracking number.
